Special Holiday Party Package
We invite you to celebrate the winter holidays at our beautiful, 3.2-acre rooftop farm in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Our locally-sourced bluestone path welcomes guests into to a cozy 3,000 sq. ft. indoor event space, featuring a disco ball and light winter decor.
Eat, drink, and dance the night away as floor-to-ceiling windows showcase views of the New York Harbor and Statue of Liberty.
New this year, we've designed a turnkey holiday party package to make your celebration seamless! Valid for events booked for November 2024 through January 2025.

$5,000 TURNKEY VENUE PACKAGE
Timing:
starts at 3 hours at our indoor/outdoor space for your event
plus 3 hours for setup and 2 hours for load-out
++ Extend your event +$1,000/hour (+$5pp beverage service extension)
Rental Includes:
farm tables and chairs for up to 100 guests
indoor/outdoor lounge furniture
sound system for background playlist (includes wireless mic)
seasonal decor and dimmable string lighting
catering kitchen
IN-HOUSE BEVERAGE PROGRAM
Packages:
$45 per person (beer/wine collection)
$55 per person (beer/wine + 1 seasonal specialty cocktail + 1 seasonal mocktail)
$70 per person (beer/wine + 1 seasonal specialty cocktail + 1 seasonal mocktail + full bar)
$10 per person non-alcoholic option available for people under the age of 21 and non-drinkers
All packages include glassware rental, ice, mixers, mobile and indoor bars, and staff behind the bar.

Based on rave reviews from our events staff and clients alike, we’re pleased to share the following list of our enthusiastic recommendations for third-party vendors. We require engaging with one of the caterers on our preferred vendors list, all of whom are very familiar with our setup and have done gorgeous events with us (in addition to using great sourcing practices)!
